摘要
在高校发展过程中,行政管理是一项重要任务,行政管理对于高校的各项行政事务的解决具有重要作用,在高校行政管理过程中应该要加强行政管理人员体系的建构,提高行政管理人员的综合能力水平。本文从胜任力模型出发对行政管理人员体系的建构问题进行分析和探讨,旨在提高行政管理人员的综合能力水平。
In the process of university development, administrative management is an important task, which plays an important role in solving the administrative management for the administrative affairs of the university, the university administration should strengthen the construction of system of administrative staff, improve the administrative management of the overall level of ability. This paper analyzes and discusses the construction of the administrative personnel system from the perspective of competency model, aiming at improving the comprehensive ability level of administrative personnel.
