摘要
为探究植物生长调节剂对玉米茎秆及根系性状的影响以及与倒伏率的关系,本试验以东农253为试验材料,在玉米6叶期喷施吨田宝和本实验室自配的DCPTA和ETH复配剂(KP),以清水为对照,分析其对玉米茎秆及气生根形态和质量性状的影响,明确植物生长调节剂增强玉米抗倒伏能力的力学及物质积累机制。结果表明,植物生长调节剂能降低植株高度、穗位高、穗高系数、基部节间长度、重心高度、倒伏率,而茎粗、茎粗系数、穿刺强度、弯折强度、入土气生根条数、入土深度、直径和干质量显著增加。相关性分析结果表明,株高、穗位高、重心高度、节间长度与倒伏率呈极显著正相关,穿刺强度、弯折强度与倒伏率呈极显著负相关,入土气生根相关性状都与倒伏率呈极显著负相关。说明DCPTA和ETH复配剂对玉米强茎促根的效果显著。
To investigate the effects of plant growth regulators on the stem and root traits of maize and its relationship with the lodging rate, Dongnong 253 was foliarly sprayed with the chemical regulator of Duntianbao and the mixture of DCPTA and ETH at six-leaf stage, while the control was water-sprayed.The plant height, ear height, ear height coefficient, basal internode length, height of center of gravity and lodging rate were decreased with the application of plant growth regulators, while the stem diameter, stem diameter index, puncture strength, bending strength, the number, depth, diameter and dry weight of aerial root in the soil were increased.The result of correlation analysis showed that the plant height, ear height, height of center of gravity, internode length were closely correlated with the actual lodging rate, the puncture strength and bending strength were negatively correlated with the actual lodging rate, and the related traits of aerial root in the soil were negatively correlated with the actual lodging rate.The effect of the mixture of DCPTA and ETH on strengthening stem and promoting root was remarkable.
