摘要 建立了一种涡旋膨胀机的三维模型,利用Pump Linx流体计算软件,模拟和分析了不同径向间隙对涡旋膨胀机性能和涡盘受力情况的影响。结果表明,径向间隙增加0.15mm时,涡旋膨胀机的输出功和扭矩的平均值分别减小4.48%和3.35%,涡盘所受的压力则会增长3.79%;径向间隙每增长0.05mm,涡旋膨胀机入口平均质量流量增长19.57%;径向间隙从0.042mm增长到0.192mm,涡盘所受径向气体力大小从100N减小到0N再增加到100N,其方向发生改变,并在主轴转角为225°附近出现最大值,而切向气体力大小变化则相对不明显,但波动加剧。 A three-dimensional model of scroll expander has been established to simulate and analyze the effects of radial clearance on the performance and gas forces of the scroll expander with the aid of PumpLinx by using air as the working fluid. Results show that the average output power and torque of the scroll expander decrease 4.48%and 3.35%, respectively, as the radial clearance increases 0.15mm, while the stress acted on the scroll wraps, conversely, increases 3.79%. The inlet mass flow of the scroll expander increases 19.57%as the radial clearance increases per 0.05mm. The magnitude of the radial gas forces acted on the scroll wraps varies from 100N to-100N with an altered direction when the radial clearance increases from 0.042 mm to 0.192mm, and the peak value occurs near the principal axis intersection angle of 225° , while the magnitude of the tangential gas forces changes little but the fluctuation aggravates.
