摘要 以东南电梯股份有限公司研发的高速曳引电梯系统为研究对象,通过采用Lagrange方程推导出电梯机械系统7自由度动力学微分方程组,根据高速曳引电梯实际运行工况,对时变电梯系统进行模态分析,得到了电梯系统的各阶固有频率和模态振型。对模态分析结果进行分析,发现了固有频率和模态振型随运行时间的变化规律,并给出了提高高速曳引电梯系统舒适性和安全性的建议。研究内容对高速电梯系统动态设计、故障诊断和安全经济运行提供一定的参考价值。 The present paper studied on the high-speed traction elevator developed by Dongnan Elevator Co., Ltd. And the seven degrees of freedom differential equations of a high-speed traction elevator are established by the Lagrange approach. Based on the actual operational condition of the high-speed traction elevator, the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the time-varying elevator system are carried out through model analysis. Furthermore, the results of the model analysis are discussed in detail, and the change laws of the natural frequencies and mode shapes are discovered. Related suggestions are put forward to raise the comfort and safety of high-speed traction elevator. The contents of this paper provide some reference value for the elevator's dynamic design, diagnosis and safe and economic operation.
