摘要 针对022Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢U形缺口件进行拉伸试验和应力控制条件下的低周疲劳试验,并进行疲劳寿命预测。拉伸试验和疲劳试验结果均表明,U形缺口件的缺口强化效应较先前半圆形缺口件更为明显;疲劳强度因子随寿命的降低而减少,低应力水平下缺口效应更为显著。针对迟滞回线和应变变化幅度分析其循环特性,U形缺口件硬化程度略高于半圆形缺口件。采用Peterson模型和K_f试验法进行缺口件疲劳寿命预测,结果表明K_f试验法得到的寿命预测结果好于Peterson模型的预测结果。 A series of tensile test and low cycle fatigue tests controlled by stress were conducted for U-notched specimen of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel. The fatigue lives were predicted. Tensile test and fatigue tests show that the strengthening phenomenon of U-notched specimen is more obvious than previous semicircle one. Fatigue strength factor decreases with the reduction of life and the notched effect is significant in low stress level. The cyclic properties were discussed by the hysteresis loop and strain amplitude. The obvious strengthening degree has been observed for U-notched specimen. The fatigue lives have been predicted by Peterson model and Kf test method. The results show that the predictions from Kf test method are better than those from Peterson model.
