摘要 以SD竞赛的太阳能实验住宅设计为例,在运用能耗模拟分析软件(Energy Plus)对建筑能耗进行量化分析的基础上,实现建筑性能的精细化控制,并为节能构造技术提供理论指导和现实依据,通过主动与被动节能技术的结合,最终实现建筑的低能耗与可持续发展。 This paper took the solar residential construction experiment for SD competition for example,tried to realize the sophisticated control of building performance on the base of applying the energy consumption calculate software(Energy Plus).At the same time,the result of calculate will be used to offer the guide for the design of energy conservation construction.Though both initiative and passive technology,the low energy consumption and sustainable development of building can really be come true.
