摘要
北京市海淀区北部文化中心工程图书馆布置了5榀钢筋混凝土错列桁架,高4.2~4.8m,跨度为24.3m,为大跨度钢筋混凝土错列式桁架,其节点钢筋密集、模板支撑体系复杂、斜腹杆混凝土不易振捣,整体施工难度大。分析难点与对策,从钢筋绑扎、模板支撑与拆除体系、斜腹杆混凝土振捣、衍架变形监测及桁架结构受力体系5方面采取相应的施工关键技术,实际效果良好。
In the Haidian Northern Cultural Center project,the library has five pieces of large-span staggered reinforced concrete trusses,each of which is 4.2~4.8m high and with a 24.3m span.The dense steel bar nodes,complex formwork supporting system and diagonal web member concrete which is difficult for vibration produced great difficulty for construction.After analysis on difficulties and countermeasures,relevant key construction techniques were adopted on the aspects of steel bar binding,formwork supporting system erection and dismantlement,diagonal web member concrete vibration,truss deformation monitoring and truss structure force system,realizing favorable construction effect.
