招标阶段工程造价的控制问题及改进措施

若想严格控制工程整体的造价,则需对招标阶段进行严格把控。由于招投标市场存在不规范运作问题,影响建设单位的工程造价控制工作。文章对招标阶段工程造价控制的重要性和内容进行阐述,分别介绍确定招标方式、确定承包合同价格形式、说明工程报价、核算新增工程办法等具体内容方法,分析其控制中现存问题并提出有效措施,为建设单位有效控制工程造价提供参考。

The construction contract price is based on the tender price,so in order to strictly control the overall cost of the project,the need for strict control of the tender stage. At present,there are some problems in the bidding market of our country,which affect the construction cost control. Based on this,this paper elaborates on the bidding phase of engineering cost control importance and content. This paper introduces the method of determining the bidding method, determining the price form of contract contract, stating the price of the project and the method of calculating the new project,and analyzes the existing problems of the control,finally put forward effective measures,in order to provide reference for the construction unit to control the project cost effectively.
