糖尿病足的预防及护理方法 被引量：2

摘要 目的:介绍糖尿病足的预防与护理,探讨有效的护理措施.方法:回顾性分析我院自2014年10月至2016年2月收治的314例糖尿病患者的预防及15名糖尿病足患者的护理过程.结果:314名糖尿病患者中有1名患者因私自用热水袋烫伤引起糖尿病足,其余15名糖尿病足患者,有5人的糖尿病足完全治愈,有9人的糖尿病足症状缓解,有1因人感染灶扩散导致截肢.结论:通过临床良好的治疗和护理可使糖尿病足加速愈合,最终使糖尿病足病人致残率和致死率大幅度下降,提高病人的生活质量.
