大隐静脉暗张腔内激光治疗加高位结扎及点状剥脱疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨大隐静脉曲张腔内激光治疗(EVLT)联合隐股静脉瓣下大隐静脉高位结扎、局部点状剥脱术治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效。方法:选择收治的60例(64条患肢)下肢静脉曲张患者,根据入院时间随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例,观察组(33条患肢)施行隐股静脉瓣下大隐静脉EVLT联合高位结扎、局部点状剥脱术,对照组(31条患肢)采用传统大隐静脉高位结扎联合静脉抽剥术,对比观察两组患者的疗效。结果:观察组术中出血量、手术时间、疼痛程度、住院时间、复发率等均显著低于对照组,P<0.05。术后随访6~12个月,而两组术后并发症如切口感染、隐神经损伤、静脉血栓等的发生情况差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论:大隐静脉EVLT联合高位结扎、局部点状剥脱术与传统手术相比,具有创伤小、美观、疼痛轻、复发率低等优点,疗效显著,值得在临床上推广。
