氟伏沙明联合齐拉西酮胶囊治疗强迫症临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of fluvoxamine combined with ziprasidone capsules in the treatment of obsessive - compulsive disorder

目的 探讨氟伏沙明联合齐拉西酮胶囊治疗强迫症的临床疗效.方法 将160例强迫症患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,各80例.两组均给予氟伏沙明治疗,观察组联合齐拉西酮胶囊治疗,于治疗前和治疗后第1周、3周、5周、8周末采用耶鲁布朗强迫量表及汉密顿焦虑量表评定两组患者的强迫及焦虑症状,比较两组临床疗效.结果 治疗后1周末起两组耶鲁布朗强迫量表及汉密顿焦虑量表评分均较治疗前显著下降(P＜0.01),观察组较对照组下降更显著(P＜0.01).观察组治疗总有效率为91.3％,对照组为75.0％,观察组显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 氟伏沙明联合齐拉西酮胶囊治疗强迫症疗效显著,可以有效改善患者的焦虑情绪,值得推广应用.

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fluvoxamine combined with ziprasidone capsules in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Method 160 cases with obsessive-compulsive disorder were randomly divided into two groups, 80 cases in each group. The two groups were all given fluvoxamine treatment, and the observation group was given fluvoxamine combined with ziprasidone capsules, the clinical effect of the two groups were compared, the Yale Brown Intensive Scale (Y-BOCS) and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were used to evaluate the obsession and anxiety symptoms of the patients before treatment and at the end of 1,3,5,8 weeks after treatment. Results At the end of the first week after treatment, the Y-BOCS and HAMA scores of the two groups were all significantly declined (P ＜0.01),the observation group declined more significantly than the control group (P＜0.01). Total effective rate of the observation group (91.3％) was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.0％) (P＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of fluvoxamine combined with ziprasidone capsules in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder is significant, it can effectively improve the anxious emotion of patients. It is worthy of application and promotion.
