早期姑息关护住院方案对食管癌放化疗患者心理社会功能的影响

Effect of early palliative care on psychological,social function of patients with esophageal cancer underwent chemoradiotherapy

目的 探讨早期姑息关护住院方案对食管癌放化疗患者心理弹性、社会功能及生命质量的影响.方法 将120例食管癌患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组60例.两组均给予食管癌放化疗常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予早期姑息关护住院方案护理.于治疗前后采用心理弹性量表简表、社会支持评定量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表及生命质量量表评定患者的心理弹性、社会支持度、睡眠质量及生命质量.结果 干预后两组心理弹性量表简表及社会支持评定量表评分均较干预前显著升高(P＜0.01),观察组较对照组升高更显著(P＜0.01);两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分均较干预前显著下降(P＜0.01),生命质量量表评分均较干预前显著上升(P＜0.01),观察组较对照组变化更显著(P＜0.01).结论 早期姑息关护住院方案可以显著提高食管癌患者在放化疗期间的心理弹性及社会支持度,提升其睡眠质量及生命质量.

Objective To investigate the effect of early palliative care on mental elasticity,social function and life quality of patients with esophageal cancer underwent chemoradiotherapy. Methods 120 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The two groups were all given routine nursing of chemoradiotherapy, and the observation group was given early palliative care on this basis. Before and after treatment, RS-14, SSRS,PSQI and QOLS were used to evaluate the mental elasticity, social support degree, sleep quality and life quality of patients. Results After intervention, RS-14 and SSRS scores of the two groups were all significantly increased (P＜0.01),and the observation group increased more significantly than the control group (P＜0.01); PSQI scores of the two groups were all significantly declined after intervention (P＜0.01),QOLS scores of the two groups were all significantly increased (P＜0.01),and the observation group changed more significantly than the control group (P＜0.01). Conclusion Early palliative care can not only significantly improve mental elasticity, social support degree of patients with esophageal cancer during chemoradiotherapy, but also improve their sleep quality and life quality.
