心血管介入治疗患者心脏事件危险因素分析

Analysis of high risk factors of cardiac events in patients undergoing cardiovascular interventional therapy

目的 探讨心血管介入治疗患者心脏事件危险因素.方法 对102例行心血管介入诊疗术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,对可能影响心脏事件的危险因素进行Logistic回归分析.结果 本组共发生恶性心律失常5例、心肌梗死3例、急性心力衰竭4例,共12例,心脏事件发生率为11.8％.年龄＞70岁、高血压病史、糖尿病史、慢性心力衰竭病史、心绞痛病史、心肌梗死病史、脑血管意外病史是发生心脏事件的危险因素.结论 心血管介入诊疗术前应完善患者相关检查,积极采取相应的治疗措施,降低术中心脏事件的发生率.

Objective To investigate the risk factors of cardiac events in patients undergoing cardiovascular interventional therapy. Method Clinical data of 102 cases underwent cardiovascular interventional treatment were retrospectively analyzed,the risk factors that may influence the cardiac events were given Logistic regression analysis. Result There were 5 cases of malignant arrhythmia, 3 cases of myocardial infarction, and 4 cases of acute heart failure, a total of 12 cases,the incidence of cardiac events was 11.76％. Age＞70 years, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of chronic heart failure, history of angina pectoris,history of myocardial infarction and history of cerebrovascular accident were risk factors of cardiac events. Conclusion Before the application of cardiovascular interventional therapy relative examinations should strengthened, effective treatment should be taken to reduce the incidence of cardiac events during interventional therapy.
