目的 探讨葡萄糖氧化酶法单试剂测定血糖时出现异常反应曲线的原因及解决方法.方法 采用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖出现异常反应曲线1例,对样本稀释后重新进行检测,观察反应曲线.结果 稀释后反应曲线逐渐正常,异常反应曲线检测结果显著低于稀释后正常反应曲线结果.结论 葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血糖时,在高血糖浓度时有较小概率出现异常反应曲线,导致检测结果不真实,需引起注意.

Objective To investigate the cause and solution of abnormal response curve during the glucose measurement by glucose oxidase method. Method When an abnormal reaction curve occurred, the sample was diluted and then retested to ensure that the response curve was normal. Result The detection results of the abnormal response curve were significantly lower than the normal response curve after dilution. Conclusion When the glucose oxidase method is used to determine blood sugar, there is a small chance of an abnormal response curve in high blood sugar concentration, the results were unreliable at this time and should be paid attention.
