摘要
以油蟠4号一年生枝条作为试材,设置IBA(4 000倍液)、IAA(5 000倍液)、NAA(2 000倍液)、ABT2(1 000倍液)、清水对照五种处理对油蟠4号的生根数量、根系生长量、扦插后成活率等指标的影响。旨在探寻适合油蟠4号扦插繁殖的生根剂,为油蟠4号繁殖提供理论依据。试验结果表明,IBA(4 000倍液)与ABT2(1 000倍液)两个处理间对油蟠4号插条生根数量、根系生长量和扦插后的成活率均显著高于其他处理,生根效果较好,适于在油蟠4号插条繁殖中应用。
Oil PAM 4 annual branches as test materials,set the IBA (4 000 times liquid),IAA (5 000 times liquid),NAA (2 000 times liquid) and ABT2 against five (1 000 times liquid),water processing of oil PAM take root number,root growth,4 indices such as survival rate of cuttings.Aimed at exploring for oil PAM the cutting propagation rooting agent 4,as to provide theoretical basis for breeding oil PAM 4.The test results show that the IBA (4 000 times liquid) and ABT2 (1 000 times liquid) between two processing cutting oil for PAM 4 take root number,root growth,and after cutting survival rate were significantly higher than other processing,it is better to take root,is suitable for application in oil PAM 4 cutting propagation.
