丹皮酚软膏治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的临床观察

Clinical outcome of paeonol ointment on pruritus in the elderly

目的观察丹皮酚软膏治疗老年皮肤瘙痒症的疗效,从而寻求安全有效使用方便的治疗药物。方法 60例老年皮肤瘙痒症患者依据随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者每日晚口服地氯雷他定5 mng,试验组患者在口服地氯雷他定5 mg的基础上再加外用丹皮酚软膏,治疗4周后评价和比较两组疗效和症状评分。结果治疗后试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(93.3%vs53.3%,P<0.05);治疗后在瘙痒程度、发生频率、瘙痒持续时间、自觉病情程度、皮肤干燥程度和继发皮损等方面试验组改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论丹皮酚软膏对老年皮肤瘙痒症安全有效,使用方便,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of paeonol ointment on pruritus in the elderly.MethodsSixty elderly patients with systemic pruritus,were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method:the experimental group and the control group with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with oral administration of 5 mg deloratadine.Patients in the experimental group were treated with oral deloratadine and paeonol ointment each day.Clinical outcome were evaluated and compared after treatment for 4 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the different scores of symptoms before and after the treatment in the two groups,including the degree of itching,the duration of the occurrence,the duration of the itching,the degree of consciousness,the degree of skin dryness,the secondary skin lesions(P< 0.01,P< 0.05),which indicated that the symptoms of the experimental group were significantly improved than those of the control group after treatment.Conclusion Paeonol ointment is effective for pruritus in the elderly.
