通过剖析2015年来发生的若干起涉及民族因素的纠纷,总结了涉及民族因素的纠纷较之于以往涉及民族因素的纠纷相比,其共性之处和新出现的现象.共性为:起因的特殊性和敏感性;受到官方相关部门的高度重视.网络背景下的新现象是:社会影响面更大、处理过程和结果在网络上评价和关注程度高.通过上述纠纷调处的经验,本文总结出网络背景下涉民族因素矛盾纠纷需要尊重以下调处规则:涉民族因素纠纷需要多方参与,形成合力解决问题;涉及民族因素纠纷更需要依法处理;要善于发挥网络的引导作用;要及时查明真相和处理,避免事态扩大化;要建立妥善处理内地和散居少数民族地区涉及民族因素纠纷的调处机制;发挥宗教正能量预防和化解冲突.

According to the analysing dispute mediation of ethnic factors involved,the paper sum up the similarities and difference campared with previous dispute mediation of ethnic factors involved. The similarities include the specific cause and receive serious official attention. There are the new phenomenona in network era such as:greater level of social influence; the evaluation and attention of the processes and results improve over time in the internet.The processing result of above disputes left us with a profound revelation.
