摘要 教育公平问题作为国家重要的教育政策,越来越多地受到社会各界的广泛关注。对比中国与美国的少数民族高等教育政策和发展历史,既有相似点,又各具特色。通过在客观揭示中美两国少数民族高等教育发展历史进程和现状的基础上,对于教育公平问题进行了对比分析,旨在充分借鉴美国"肯定性行动"在少数民族高等教育领域的经验,为解决我国少数民族高等教育发展中遇到的问题提供方法建议,更好地促进我国少数民族高等教育的发展。 The fairness of education as an important national education policy, more and more attention. Compared with the United States and Chinese minority higher education policy and development history, both have similarities, but also have their own characteristics. Based on the two countries objectively reveal minority historical process of the development of higher education,the fairness of education are analyzed. To make full use of the "affirmative action" in the field of ethnic minority higher education experience of the United States and provide a method is proposed to solve the problems encountered in the minority nationalities in our country higher education development, better promote the development of our country higher education for ethnic minorities.
