摘要
目前,中青年教师已成为我国民族高校教师队伍的主体。中青年教师的教学能力直接影响着民族高校的教学质量与民族高校的健康稳步发展。因此,采取有效激励机制,提高民族高校中青年教师的教学能力,从而提升民族高校的教学水平与质量是一项非常现实而又迫在眉睫的重要课题。文章结合笔者所在民族院校,浅谈民族高校中青年教师教学能力提升的有效措施。
At present,middle-aged teachers have become the principal part of teachers of national higher colleges in China. Teaching ability of middle-aged teachers has directly affect the teaching quality and the healthy and steady development of national higher colleges. Therefore,taking effective incentive mechanism to improve the teaching ability of middle-aged teachers of national higher college,it is a very realistic and urgent important issue to improve the teaching level and quality of national higher colleges. Based on the national higher colleges where author work,the paper discusses effective measures of improving middle-aged teachers' teaching ability
