摘要
文化互动胜任力就是全球化时代人才所需要的特别软实力。这方面的研究既要借鉴国际先进理念—Unesco的文化互动教育观,又力求基于中国和合文化传统和民族地区文化多样性特点,从而建构出有新意成果;将文化自觉、文化自信等问题结合,加强现实感;重视将人类学和心理学有关文化接触的涵化的理论和方法整合,以使这方面的成果兼顾理论深度和实践操作性。
Intercultural competency is a particular soft power which students should have in the global era.The studies in this area must both borrow the new international ideas concerned,especially intercultural education advocated by Unesco, and be based upon the Chinese cultural tradition that values harmony and the cultural divursity in ethnic areas so as to offer our own new fruit; must pay attention to cultural self-consciousness and self-confidence to make our studies more relevant to China's context; must make use of the theories and methods of cultural contact or acculturation in anthropology and psychology in order to strengthen the theorectical depth and practical operability of our results.
