摘要 青年教师作为民族高校教育的潜在及中坚力量,其职业发展不仅仅关乎教师作为个体的职业价值的实现,也影响着民族高校的整体教学质量。当下民族高校青年教师在职业生涯发展中普遍处于困惑状态,具体体现于青年教师在教学当中语言与文化的不适应,并且随着课业加重,精神与生理的负担而导致的严重职业倦怠甚至无力感。这些困惑主要是由个人、学校、社会的多方面的不利因素交互影响以及互联网影响下时代的教育变革等带来的。这阻碍了教师个人的前途发展与高等教育水平的提高。因此,本文着重对民族高校青年教师职业生涯发展中的困惑表现以及原因进行分析,并提出相应的缓解对策,从而丰富对民族高校青年教师职业生涯发展的研究理论,也致力于为民族高校解决青年教师职业发展困惑问题提供一定的参考。 As the potential and backbone of the national college education,the career development of young teachers is not only related to the realization of the professional value of teachers as the individual,but also affects the overall teaching quality of national colleges. At present,the young teachers in national colleges are in a state of confusion in the development of career. First of all reflected in the young teachers in the teaching of language and culture does not adapt.And there is with the aggravation of school work,the young teachers in national colleges have serious job burnout and even sense of helplessness caused by heavy physical and psychological stress.These problems are mainly caused by the negative factors of personal,school and society,as well as the impact of the internet on the era of education reform.And these negative factors are not conducive to the future development of teachers and the improvement of educational level. This thesis focuses on the analysis of the performance and reasons of the career development of young teachers in ethnic universities,and put forward the corresponding mitigation measures,thereby to enrich the research theory of the career development of young teachers in national colleges,and it also aims to provide some reference for national colleges' young teachers to solve the problems in their career development.
