稠油热采井生产复杂问题及整改措施

Complex Production Issues and Measures of Heavy Oil Thermal Recovery Wells

受完井方式、套管质量、固井质量和注蒸汽保护措施等诸多因素影响,稠油热采井注蒸汽生产过程中容易出现井口抬升、管外油气水窜、井口油汽外窜和套管损坏等各种极端复杂问题,对热采井的正常生产造成一定影响。调研了各典型油田热采井开采过程中的复杂问题,提出了预防及整改措施,希望有助于稠油热采井的高效开发。

By many factors as well completion system,the quality of the casings,cement quality and steam injection protection measures,the heavy oil thermal recovery wells were prone to cause variety of complex problems,such as casings damage,wellhead uplift,Outside channeling,wellhead oil and gas,which can be caused some influence on the normal production of thermal recovery wells.By investigating the complex problems in the process of the thermal recovery wells in the typical oil field,proposed the prevention and improvement measures of complex problems in heavy oil thermal recovery wells,which were hoped to be helpful to the development of heavy oil thermal recovery wells.
