摘要 针对具有特殊井况的注入井的封隔器无法释放问题,研制一种电动驱控坐封器。使用密封圈对外部通道进行密封,使用电机驱动杆对内部通道进行密封,通过控制卸压孔道的密封与流通,使油管与套管之间形成压力差,实现密封与卸压的效果。目前已在大庆油田采油三厂地区应用34口井次,顺利实现特殊井况封隔器的密封,该装置具有很高的应用价值和应用前景。 For the problem of the the packer which in the injection well with special well condition was unable to release,the electric driven seat sealing device was developed.The seals were used to seal the external channel,and the motor drive shaft was used to seal the inner channel.The pressure difference that between tubing and casing was formed by controlling the discharge pore pressure seal and circulation,The effect of sealing and pressure relief is realized.At present,the 34 wells have been successfully used in the area of Daqing oil NO.3oil production plant,The seal of the special well condition packer is successfully realized.The device has excellent application value and application prospect.
