摘要
目的研究苦豆籽的HPLC指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供依据。方法采用HPLCDAD方法,对不同主产区的21批苦豆籽进行指纹图谱研究,采用相似度评价分析所得图谱,同时运用聚类分析及主成分分析对其进行模式识别。结果确定苦豆籽指纹图谱有15个共有峰,并指认了6个色谱峰,不同批次间的相似度大于0.900。通过聚类分析和主成分分析将21批药材按不同产地分为3类。结论苦豆籽的指纹图谱特征性及专属性良好,可用于全面控制苦豆籽的质量,保证每批苦豆籽均一性。
Objective To establish a sensitive and specific HPLC method for controlling the quality of Sophora alopecuroides L.Methods Total 21 batches of Sophora alopecuroides L.come from different producing areas were carried out to gain fingerprints by HPLC-DAD.The obtained data was analyzed by computer aided similarity evaluation and cluster analysis software.The pattern recognition of the characteristic fingerprint of Sophora alopecuroides L.was performed bycluster analysis and principle component analysis.Results 15 common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Sophora alopecuroides L.in which 6 common peaks were confirmed.The similarity degree of the products was found to be higher than 0.900.The samples were grouped into 3 types of different producing areas.Conclusion The chromatographic fingerprinting of Sophora alopecuroides L.with high specificity can be used to control its quality and ensure consistency between batches.
