摘要
带钢缺陷是带钢质量检验的重要组成部分,通过相关的理论分析,本文提出了一种基于小波分解的带钢缺陷检测方法。首先对带钢图像进行小波分解;然后,选择子图进行融合,从而有效地抑制了背景纹理信息;在此基础上,对带钢的融合图像进行图像分割和形态学滤波,实现对带钢缺陷的位置和面积的准确检测。实验结果表明,该检测方法是有效的。
Strip steel defect is an important part of quality inspection of strip steel. Through the relevant theoretical analysis, the strip steel image is decomposed by sym2 wavelet. Then, sub-images of wavelet decomposition are selected to fusion, which effectively inhibit the background texture information. On this basis, the fusion image of strip steel is morphological filtering to determine the location and area of defect. Experimental results show the detection method is effectiveness to strip steel defects.
