Gamma3钉和PFLP治疗股骨粗隆下骨折的疗效分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨2种内固定方法治疗老年股骨粗隆下骨折的临床疗效.方法:回顾2009年1月~2014年12月84例股骨粗隆下骨折的临床资料,分别采用Gamma3 (42例)、PFLP (42例)进行治疗,比较两者的手术指标及愈合指标.结果:Gamma3组手术时间、切口长度、术中出血量、术后引流量、并发症率等指标均优于PFLP组(P<0.05).两者的骨折愈合时间、髋关节功能优良率等愈合指标无差别(P>0.05).结论:Gamma3与PFLP治疗股骨粗隆下骨折相比,具有手术时间短、术中及术后出血少、并发症率低,尤其是治疗复杂的股骨粗隆下骨折更值得推荐.
