逐步牵引复位法加塑形三夹板固定治疗胫腓骨骨折临床效果分析

目的:研究逐步牵引复位法加塑形三夹板固定治疗胫腓骨骨折临床效果.方法:将2014年1月~2016年1月在我院接受治疗的胫腓骨骨折患者100例纳入到本次研究,根据随机数字表法将上述胫腓骨骨折患者分为2组,分别为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例).对照组采取标准切开复位内固定进行治疗;观察组进行逐步牵引复位法加塑形三夹板固定治疗.就2组患者治疗前后膝关节功能Baily评分、踝关节Kofoed评分、胫骨干Johner-Wruhs评分和手术不良事件发生率进行比较.结果:观察组手术不良事件发生率低于对照组,P<0.05.治疗前2组患者膝关节功能Baily评分、踝关节Kofoed评分、胫骨干Johner-Wruhs评分无显著差异,P>0.05.治疗后观察组患者膝关节功能Baily评分、踝关节Kofoed评分、胫骨干Johner-Wruhs评分均优于对照组,P<0.05.结论:逐步牵引复位法加塑形三夹板固定治疗胫腓骨骨折临床效果确切,可有效改善患者关节功能,减少不良事件发生,值得推广.

Objective: To study the method of traction and shape three splint fixed tibiofibula fracture clinical treatment effect.Methods: From January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital for treatment of tibiofibula fracture patients 100 cases into the study, according to random number table method to the tibiofibula fracture patients are divided into 2 groups, scores and scores A50 B50 patients respectively.Scores A standard open reduction and internal fixation for treatment;Surgical group B for gradually traction reduction method and shape three splint fixed treatment.For the two groups before and after treatment in patients with knee joint function Baily the marking, ankle Kofoed a grade, dry tibia Johner-Wruhs surgery and incidence of adverse events.Results: The surgical operation lower incidence of adverse events scores A, B (P < 0.05).Baily two groups of patients with knee joint function score before treatment, ankle Kofoed a grade, dry tibia Johner-Wruhs there was no significant difference, P > 0.05).Baily surgical group B after treatment in patients with knee joint function score, ankle Kofoed A grade, dry tibia Johner-Wruhs were superior to surgical group A, P < 0.05).Conclusion: The method of traction and shape three splint fixed tibiofibula fracture clinical treatment effect is exact, patients can effectively improve the joint function, reduce the adverse events, is worth promoting.
