体外冲击波在骨骼-肌肉疾病疼痛康复治疗中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过分析体外冲击波(extracorporeal shock-wave therapy,ESWT)治疗非特异性下腰痛患者的临床效果,探讨研究ESWT在骨骼-肌肉疾病疼痛康复治疗中的应用效果.方法:选取我院2014年12月~2016年3月治疗的非特异性下腰疼患者66例,并根据入院编号随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用热磁仪疗法,观察组采用ESWT疗法,对比2组患者在疼痛视觉类比评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)和Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(Oswestry disability,ODI)中的评分变化情况,并作一比较.结果:采用体外冲击治疗前,2组患者的VAS和ODI评分没有明显差别,P>0.05,不具有统计学意义;采用体外冲击治疗后,观察组患者的VAS和ODI评分皆优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论:ESWT作为一种介于手术和药物之间的治疗方法,虽然作用机理目前还不明确,但它的无创伤性、无药物反应性、很低的疼痛性以及非常好的临床效果,使得它具有非常广阔的临床应用前景. Objective: Through the analysis of extracorporeal shock wave (extracorporeal shock wave therapy, ESWT) for treatment of patients with nonspecific low back pain, studying the ESWT applications in bone-muscle pain disease rehabilitation effect.Methods: Selected from December 2014 to March 2014 treatment of 66 patients with nonspecific low back pain, and number according to the hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group adopts thermal magnetic therapy, observation group USES the ESWT therapy, compared two groups of patients with visual analog pain score method (visual analogue scale, VAS) and Oswestry disability index questionnaire (Oswestry disability, ODI) changes the scoring, and made a comparison.Results: Before using extracorporeal shock treatment, VAS and ODI scores of two groups of patients with no obvious difference, P > 0.05, no statistically significant;Using extracorporeal shock therapy, the observation group of patients with VAS and ODI scores are better than the control group, P < 0.05, the difference is statistically significant.Conclusion: ESWT as a kind of between surgery and drug treatment, although the mechanism is still not clear, but it has no wound, no drug low reactivity, painful, and very good clinical effect makes it has very broad clinical application prospects.
