山区县域精准扶贫创新模式研究——以临朐县为例

Innovation Model of Targeted Poverty Alleviation at Mountainous County Areas:a Case Study of Linqu

临朐县作为山区贫困县,是潍坊市扶贫任务最重的县。为实现贫困人口脱贫,临朐县采取三产互动多业融合推动精准扶贫,聚焦产业扶贫、就业扶贫、金融扶贫和"合作社"、"互联网+"、公益扶贫等精准扶贫新模式,形成良性运营循环机制,提高了扶贫成效。

As a poor mountainous country,Linqu is the heaviest task for poverty alleviation of Weifang.In order to achieve the poor out of poverty, Linqu government should take tertiary industry interaction and multi-industry fusion to promote targeted poverty alleviation, focus on new targeted poverty alleviation models in terms of industry, employment, finance and cooperative, Internet +, and public benefit, form the benign operation mechanism and improve the poverty alleviation result.
