基于黄浦区苗江路街道观察的路权分配优化思考

Reflection on the Optimal Allocation of Right-of-way Based on the Street-level Observation on Miaojiang Road in Huangpu District

道路空间回归行人是当下路权再分配的趋势.通过对黄浦区苗江路的日常观察与现场访谈,记录市民在道路空间上的日常公共活动,由此观察到人车错时使用道路空间的现象,引发了对路权分配优化的思考.结合对伦敦、东京、新加坡等地路权优化案例的分析,进一步提出将时间维度纳入路权优化思考,活化道路空间使用的规则,以实现道路空间资源的优化配置.展望未来,苗江路有潜力成为上海实践路权分配优化、浦西滨江贯通慢行改造的先行试验区.

Nowadays taking roadway space back to the pedestrians is the trend of the redistribution of the right-of-way.Inspired by the informal way how the pedestrians and vehicles shared the roadway space on Miaojiang Road,this research records public space and public life of Miaojiang Road through daily observations and field interviews,and addresses the optimization of the right-of-way.Combining four brief cases study,this research further suggests introducing more flexibility to the rules of the road based on temporal dimension to achieve the optimal allocation of roadway space.Looking ahead,Miaojiang Road could be a positive example for the interconnection of the riverside public space in Puxi Area.
