实施创新视角下的新建地区风貌规划编制方法研究

Research on Planning Methods of Urban Scape Planning in the Perspective of Innovated Implementation

随着规划向重质转变,近年来业界开始逐步关注城市特质化风貌塑造的相关探索.作为一种更侧重于有形物质实体背后精神层面挖掘的提升型规划手段,风貌规划的应用性研究整体尚处于起步阶段,且聚焦于中心城建成区或历史风貌地区.然而具备更大塑造潜质的城市新建区域,其对风貌规划管控的需求同样迫切.基于这一规划背景,从加强城市风貌管理的角度出发,以近期在上海所作的若干实践为基础,探索面向城市新建地区,更具可实施性的风貌规划编制方法,以期推进长效风貌管控体系的构建及城市管理的精细化发展.

In recent years,we began to pay more attention to the exploration of the characteristics of the city.As an enhanced planning tool that focuses more on the spiritual level behind tangible material entities,the applied research of urban scape planning is still in its infancy,and focuses on the central urban built-up area or historic area.However,the demand for management and control of urban scape planning is also urgent in the new urban areas,because of its greater molding potential.Based on this planning background,from the perspective of strengthening the management of urban landscape and taking some recent practices in Shanghai,this essay explores the planning methods of urban scape in a more practicle way facing the new urban areas,and hope to promote the construction of long-term management and control system,and the fine development of urban management.
