摘要
随着社会不断发展和城市迅速扩张,地铁已经逐渐成为人们便捷出行的理想交通工具。文章从"以人为本"的视角出发,理解在用户的认知行为当中,是如何看待和体验地铁站入口导视标识系统的,从而了解用户的真正需求,着重把设计的人性化贯穿始末。以长沙五一广场站为例,通过对地铁站入口现状的调研,探讨出有效的改进方法,旨在提升地铁站入口导视标识系统的人性化层面,力图满足用户使用需求。
Along with the social development and urban expansion,the subway has gradually become people's ideal means of transportation for convenient travel.From the perspective of 'people-oriented',this article,focusing on the principle of 'humanization of design',attempts to understand how the users view and experience the signage and wayfinding system in their cognitive behavior,so as to learn the users' real demands.Taking Wuyi Square Station in changsha as an example,the author,through an investigation of the current situation of the subway station entrances,puts forward some effective methods for improvement,aimed at making the signage and wayfinding system of the subway station entrances more user-friendly and meeting the demands of users.
