摘要
为了验证采棉机火灾检测装置安装在采棉机输棉管道上可以有较好的检测效果,根据燃烧棉花的运动速度与输棉管道的特征,通过理论分析计算了燃烧棉花通过检测区域的时间的最小值为35.7ms,该时间大于探测器的响应时间。根据燃烧棉花与检测装置之间的相对位置关系,推导了火灾检测装置分布与检测性能之间的函数关系,得出检测装置的最佳检测距离可以达到400mm。试验验证了检测装置的检测准确性,结果表明,安装两个检测装置时,准确率可以达到95%以上。
In order to verify the detection effect of fire detection devices installed in the cotton pipeline of cotton picker,with the velocity of burning cotton and cotton pipeline characteristic,the time of burning cotton flashed by the detection area was calculated through theoretical analysis.The time was 35.7 ms,which is greater than the detector response time.According to the relative position relationship between the burning cotton and detection device,the function of the fire detection equipment distribution and detection performance was deduced.The optimal detection distance could reach 400 mm,which verified the accuracy of the detection device.The result shows that the accuracy with two detection devices can reach at more than 95%.
