Optimization of Extraction Technique of Total Flavonoids from Amygdalus communis L.Seed Kernel via Response Surface Methodology

摘要 在单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面法对巴旦木总黄酮提取工艺进行优化。巴旦木总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:提取时间为60 min,料液比1∶21(g/m L),乙醇体积分数73%。理论预测值为4.093 mg/g,实际测量值为4.090 mg/g。实际优化的工艺条件与理论预测拟合程度高。 On the basis of mono-factor tests, the extraction technology of total flavonoids from Amygdalus com-munis L. seed kernel was optimized by response surface methodology. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction time of 60 min, the solid-liquid ratio of 1:21 (g/mL) and the ethanol concentration of 73%.The predicted and actual yields of total flavonoids from Amygdalus communis L. seed kernel were 4.093 mg/g and 4.090 mg/g accordingly. The actual optimized conditions for polysaccharides extraction from Amyg-dalus communis L. seed kernel had a high fitting with theoretical prediction indicating its reliability.
