摘要
以干燥枇杷叶为原料,采用水提醇沉法,通过单因素试验和正交试验,优化微波辅助法提取枇杷叶中多糖的工艺条件。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:料液比为1∶20(g/m L),微波功率为640 W,微波时间为150 s,枇杷叶多糖的提取率为10.350 mg/g。
With dry loquat leaves as raw material, we used the method of water-extraction and alcohol-precipita-tion, optimized the technological conditions of microwave-assisted extraction through the single-factor and or thogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal extracting conditions were liquid-solid ratio 1:20(g/mL), microwave power 640 W and microwave treatment time 150 s, the extraction rate could be up to 10.350 mg/g.
