摘要
以黑皮鸡枞菌菌丝日生长速率为指标,首先通过单因素试验确定最佳的碳源、最佳碳源的最优量、最佳氮源、最佳氮源的最优量,然后经过响应面试验的优化,得出最佳固体培养基配方:琼脂20 g/L,果糖23 g/L,胰蛋白胨3 g/L,VB12 mg/L,自然p H的条件下,通过验证培养后,黑皮鸡枞菌丝生长速率达到0.9 cm/d。
The Termitomyces albuminosus mycelia growth rate was used as evaluation index, and the single fac-tor test was used to optimize the carbon source, the concentration of carbon source, the nitrogen source and the amount of nitrogen source. Then the optimal solid medium was obtained by response surface methodology. The optimized solid culture medium component were agar 20 g/L, fructose 23 g/L, tryptone 3 g/L, V B12 mg/L, the natural pH value. The Termitomyces albuminosus mycelia growth rate reached up to 0.9 cm/d under the original fermentation conditions.
