妇产科护理专业学位研究生核心能力的质性研究

The core competency of master of obstetrics and gynecology nursing specialist：a qualitative study

目的：了解和探讨妇产科专科护士及在妇产科工作的护理研究生对妇产科护理专业学位研究生核心能力的感受及看法。方法采用半结构焦点小组访谈的形式，对3名妇产科专科护士及6名在妇产科工作的护理研究生，分别形成小组，以小组形式进行访谈，现场录音和笔录，用 Nvivo10.0质性分析软件进行数据处理，对访谈结果进行分析。结果本次9名访谈对象认为妇产科护理专业学位研究生应具备5大核心能力：临床实践能力，科研能力，临床思维能力，人际沟通及心理咨询能力，自我规划能力。结论妇产科护理专业学位的课程设置应为能力培养服务；针对临床实践能力和思维能力的培养，应量化妇产科护理研究生的临床实践计划，探索临床带教模式；妇产科护理研究生应该夯实基础，注重实践，摆正心态。

Objective To understand and explore the feelings and viewpoint of obstetrics and gynecology nursing professional degree postgraduates′core competency. Methods This study used semi-structured focus group to interview 3 obstetrics and gynecology department nurse specialists and 6 nursing postgraduates who work in the obstetrics and gynecology department. The data was transcribed based on the tape and were analyzed by software Nvivo 10.0. Results A comprehensive analysis of the five core competencies: clinical practice competency, research ability,clinic thinking ability, interpersonal communication and psychological counseling skills, self- planning ability. Conclusions Setting curriculum on basis of core competency. Quantify the clinical practice plan. Exploring the pattern of clinical education. Tamp the foundation, pay attention to practice, a positive attitude.
