三明治教学法与案例教学法在本科护生临床实习教学中的比较 被引量:19

摘要 目的 比较三明治教学法和案例教学法在本科护生临床实习教学中的应用效果.方法 将114名本科实习护生按照随机数字表法根据实习病房不同分为观察组和对照组各57名,对照组采用案例教学法,即教师以案例为线索进行知识讲授,观察组采用三明治教学法,包括教师引导、分组讨论、交叉讨论、小组汇报、教师点评、案例分析等方式.结果 观察组理论考核成绩为(86.14±7.24)分,显著高于对照组的(77.46±6.97)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.515,P<0.01).观察组护生对本组教学法认可度高于对照组,9个调查条目中认为“是”的达85.96%~ 100.00%.结论 三明治教学法教学效果优于案例教学法,护生满意度高. Objective To compare the application effect of the Sandwich teaching method and case teaching method in undergraduate nursing students in clinical nursing teaching.Methods 114 undergraduate nursing students were divided into observation group and control group by random number table,and each group had 57 students.The control group used case teaching method,which the teacher used case to teach,while the observation group used the Sandwich method,including teacher guides,group discussions,cross discussion,group report,teacher's comments,case analysis,etc.Results The score of theory test in observation group was 86.14±7.24,which was significantly higher than 77.46±6.97 of the control group (t=6.515,P < 0.01);Students of observation group thinking 'yes' in the nine survey items was 85.96% to 100.00%.Conclusions The effect of Sandwich teaching method is better than case teaching method,and has high satisfaction of nursing students.
