情感表达是评价监护人对患者情感表露倾向的描述术语,可以反映出监护人对患者和当他处于危机时所持的态度、耐受程度及对待的方式,是预测精神分裂症复发的有效指标.研究表明,对高情感表达的患者监护人进行家庭干预可以有效降低患者疾病复发率.本文对情感表达的概念、测评工具、影响因素、家庭干预措施等研究进展进行综述,旨在此基础上创新完善干预措施,促进患者康复.

Expressed emotion was the describing term about the guardian of patients' emotiveness tendency to patients,which reflected attitude,tolerance degree and the coping way in crisis.It was a robust predictor of relapse of schizophrenia.Studies showed that the family intervention for the high expressed emotion guardian of patients could effectively reduce the disease relapse.By summarizing the expressed emotion's concept,assessment tools,influence factors,family interventions,the paper aimed to innovate perfect interventions and promote the patients recovery.
