蜂蜜外敷对急性蜂窝织炎局部症状及C反应蛋白的影响

The effects of external treatment with honey for acute cellulitis on local symptoms and C-reactive protein

目的：观察天然蜂蜜外敷治疗急性蜂窝织炎的局部症状及血中C反应蛋白（CRP）水平的变化。方法将符合入选标准的70例患者，用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。2组均给予同样类型的抗生素静脉滴注，观察组在炎性反应局部给予蜂蜜外敷，对照组给予50%硫酸镁湿敷，观察2组患者在治疗前、治疗后第4天及第7天的蜂窝织炎局部创面红、肿、热、痛评分情况，并抽取静脉血测定血中CRP浓度。结果患者在治疗后第4天，观察组局部红、肿、热、痛评分分别为（2.40±1.80）、（2.69±2.05）、（1.66±1.49）、（3.89±1.62）分，对照组分别为（3.49±1.70）、（3.77±1.84）、（2.46±1.62）、（4.94±1.85）分，2组比较差异有统计学意义（t=2.150～2.604， P＜0.05）；血中CRP检测值及CRP阳性率比较观察组分别为（11.85±5.39）mg/L及54.29%（19/35），对照组分别为（17.55±10.39）mg/L及80%（28/35），2组比较差异有统计学意义（t=2.881，P＜0.01及χ2=5.250，P＜0.05）。患者在治疗后第7天，观察组局部红、肿、热、痛评分分别为（1.20±1.09）、（1.09±1.04）、（0.86±0.42）、（1.89±1.30）分，对照组分别为（2.40±1.87）、（2.34±1.71）、（1.60±1.33）、（3.49±1.72）分，2组比较差异有统计学意义（t=3.139～4.390，P＜0.01）；血中CRP检测值及CRP阳性率观察组分别为（6.34±2.74）mg/L及17.14%（6/35），对照组分别为（10.35±7.37）mg/L及42.86%（15/35），2组比较差异有统计学意义（t=2.881，P＜0.01；χ2=5.250，P＜0.05）。结论蜂蜜外敷治疗急性蜂窝织炎可有效改善临床症状，降低C反应蛋白水平，效果优于硫酸镁湿敷。

Conclusions Topical treatment of acute cellulitis with honey can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the level of c-reactive protein, which is better than magnesium sulfate wet compress.
