“采血-取血-输血”全程情景视频在护理安全输血管理中的应用

Application of self-made blood'sampling-taking-transfusion'simulation video in management of ;safe blood transfusion

目的：探讨“采血-取血-输血”全程情景视频在护理安全输血管理中的应用效果。方法根据安全输血系统追踪小组追踪结果，改进规范流程，制作“采血-取血-输血”全程情景视频，应用于护理安全输血管理中并评价其效果。结果改进前护理人员输血相关知识考核成绩和一般自我效能感得分分别为（78.38±8.46）分和（2.52±0.78）分，改进后分别为（87.32±7.08）分和（2.83±0.84）分，差异有统计学意义（t=-14.486、-3.274，P＜0.01)；改进后安全输血护理质量各项指标均提高，改进前血标本采集合格率、输血前评估合格率、输血前核对合格率、护理记录合格率分别为51.43%（36/70）、78.57%（55/70）、68.57%（48/70）、82.86%（58/70），改进后分别为97.14%（68/70）、98.57%（69/70）、97.14%（68/70）、98.57%（69/70），差异有统计学意义（χ2=38.291、13.831、20.115、10.206，P＜0.01）；安全输血合格率由改进前81.43%（57/70）提升至改进后的100.00%（70/70），差异有统计学意义（χ2=14.331，P＜0.01)。结论“采血-取血-输血”全程情景视频的制作与应用在安全输血护理管理中是行之有效的，值得推广。

Objective To study the effects of self-made blood 'sampling-taking-transfusion'simulation video in the management of safe blood transfusion. Methods According to the tracking results, the process of blood transfusion were improved. Then blood 'sampling-taking-transfusion'simulation video was made that was used in the safe management of blood transfusion and their effects were evaluated. Results The blood transfusion knowledge score and self-efficacy score of nurses were 87.32 ± 7.08, 2.83 ± 0.84, and that of before improvement were 78.38 ± 8.46, 2.52 ± 0.78, and there were statistically significant differences (t=-14.486,-3.274, P<0.01). The qualification rate of blood specimen collection, assessment and check before blood transfusion and nursing record were 97.14% (68/70), 98.57%(69/70), 97.14%(68/70), 98.57%(69/70), and that of before improvement were 51.43%(36/70), 78.57% (55/70), 68.57% (48/70), 82.86% (58/70), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=38.291, 13.831, 20.115, 10.206, P<0.01). The qualified rate of safe blood transfusion increased from 81.43%(57/70) before improvement to 100.00% (70/70) (χ2=14.331, P<0.01). Conclusions Self-made blood'sampling-taking-transfusion'simulation video in the safe management of blood transfusion is effective.
