摘要
目的 比较不同电压的脉冲射频(PRF)对大鼠坐骨神经慢性缩窄损伤(CCI)疼痛模型热痛阈(TWL)和机械痛阈(MWT)的影响.方法 成年雄性SD大鼠72只,随机分为4组:假射频组、PRF-45V组、PRF-55V组、PRF-65V组,每组1 8只.CCI模型建立成功后,假射频组仅放置射频针120 s而无脉冲干预,其他3组分别行45 V、55 V与65 V电压的PRF干预(频率2 Hz、时间120 s).分别于制模前、模型成立(制模后7d)、PRF后1、4、7、10和14d测定大鼠热痛阈和机械痛阈的变化.结果 模型成立后各组TWL和MWT均低于制模前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);制模前和模型成立时各组TWL和MWT差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与假射频组比较,其余3组PRF后各时点TWL和MWT均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与PRF-45V组比较,PRF-55V组和PRF-65V组PRF后14d时均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 CCI大鼠经PRF干预后痛阈明显升高,且高电压55 V和65 V的痛阈升高程度高于低电压45 V,55 V与65 V两者间痛阈改变差异不明显.
Objective To compare the thermal withdrawal latency and mechanical withdrawal threshold in the rat model with chronic constriction injury (CCI) after the treatment with pulsed radiofrequency(PRF) in difference voltage.Methods Seventy-two adult male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:sham group,PRF-45V group,PRF-55V group and PRF-65V group,18 rats in each group.The rats in sham group were only placed RF needle 120 s without pulse intervention,while other groups were treated with 45 V,55 V or 65 V voltage of the PRF intervention (2 Hz,120 s) after CCI model successfully established.Thermal withdrawal latency (TWL) and mechanical withdrawal threshold (MWT) were determined before the model,model establishment time (7 d after the model),and 1,4,7,10,14 d after PR F.Results TWL and MWT were significantly lower at different times than those before the model (P< 0.05).No differences of TWL and MWT were found among all groups before the model and model establishment time (P> 0.05).At each time point after PRF,TWL and MWT of PRF-45V,PRF-55V and PRF-65V groups were significantly higher than those in sham group (P< 0.05).There were no differences in TWL and MWT between PRF-55V group and PRF-65V group at 14 days after PRF (P> 0.05),which were significantly higher than those in PRF-45V group (P< 0.05).Conclusion TWL and MWT increase significantly in CCI rat model after the treatment with PRF.The effects of PRF with the high-voltage of 55 V and 65 V are clearly higher than the low-voltage of 45V,while there is little difference between the high-voltage of 55 V and 65 V.
