糖尿病足溃疡中医循证临床治疗分析

Analysis of Tcm Evidence-Based Clinical Treatment for Diabetic Foot Ulcer

目的分析评价糖尿病足溃疡中医循证临床治疗的方法及效果。方法选取该院在2016年1月—2017年12月收治的98例糖尿病足溃疡患者作为研究的对象,按随机数字表法分成两组,对照组49例患者给予常规方法治疗,观察组49例患者给予中医循证治疗方法,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果 (1)在治疗总有效率上,观察组为91.84%,和对照组的63.27%比较明显更高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)在复发率方面,观察组为6.12%,和对照组的22.45%比较明显更低,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足溃疡患者采取中医循证方法进行治疗的疗效显著,复发率低;因此,值得采纳及应用。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical evidence-based treatment of diabetic foot ulcers. Methods 98 patients with diabetic foot ulcers admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the subjects of the study. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was given 49 patients with conventional methods, and 49 patients in the observation group were given TCM evidence-based treatment and compared the effect of the two groups. Results(1)In the total effective rate of treatment,the observation group was 91.84%, and the 63.27% of the control group was significantly higher. The difference of data in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The recurrence rate was 6.12% in the observation group and22.45% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The evidence-based treatment of diabetic foot ulcers is effective and has a low recurrence rate. Therefore, it is worthy of adoption and application.
