摘要
目的探讨中医正骨推拿治疗椎动脉型和神经根型颈椎病的疗效。方法回顾性分析2014年1月—2018年1月收治的156例患者的临床资料,随机分组,其中观察组给予中医正骨推拿治疗,对照组给予传统牵引法配合针灸治疗。结果观察组患者头痛、头晕、失眠、神经衰弱、VAS评分均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医正骨推拿治疗颈椎病的效果较好。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on cervical spondylopathy of vertebral artery type and nerve root type. Methods The Clinical date of 156 Patients admitted from January 2016 to January2018 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly grouped The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bone massage, the control group was treated with traditional traction method and acupuncture. Results The patients in the observation group had headache, dizziness, dizziness, acupuncture and moxibustion. The VAS scores of insomnia and neurasthenia were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is effective in treating cervical spondylosis.
