护理干预对骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防作用研究

Preventive Effect of Nursing Intervention on Lower Extremity Deep Ve-nous Thrombosis after Operation in Department of Orthopedics

目的探究护理干预对骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防作用。方法将2016年7月—2017年7月收治于该院骨科实行手术治疗的108例患者视为研究主体对象,以随机数字表法为参照划分为对照组及观察组,各组54例;对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予护理干预,对比两组患者的下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果从下肢深静脉血栓发生率指标来看,观察组与对照组分别为1.85%及12.96%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科术后患者实行护理干预的效果良好,能有效预防下肢深静脉血栓,客观上缩短住院时间及医疗花费,有利于机体康复。因此值得在临床护理中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of nursing intervention on postoperative deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in Department of orthopedics. Methods 108 patients who were treated in our hospital department of orthopedics from July 2016 to July 2017 as the subject of the study were considered as the subject of the study. The random number table was divided into the control group and the observation group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the patients in the observation group were given nursing intervention, and the two groups were compared. The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities. Results From the rate of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremities, the difference between the observation group and the control group was 1.85% and12.96%. The data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention in the postoperative patients in Department of orthopedics is good. It can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity, shorten the time of hospitalization and medical expenses, which is beneficial to the recovery of the body.Therefore, it is worth using and popularizing in clinical nursing.
