摘要
目的探讨骨折患者手术之后造成下肢静脉血栓的成因和有效的护理策略。方法选取2016年5月—2018年5月收治的骨科住院患者共有500例,通过资料进行全面性分析。结果性别比对结果差异有统计学意义;年龄大于70的患者下肢静脉血栓发生率显著增高;多发性骨折和骨盆骨折发生率增高(P<0.05)。结论运用科学有效的护理策略(例如预见性护理、心理护理、用药护理以及高危疾病护理和常规护理等)能够有效地减少骨科患者手术后出现下肢静脉血栓的概率,而且通过这些护理干预对于骨科患者在手术后的康复具有良好的促进作用,同时还能够提高患者的生活质量以及治疗效果。
Objective To analyze the causes and effective nursing strategies of venous thrombosis of lower extremity after operation in patients with fracture. Methods A total of 500 orthopaedic inpatients admitted to the orthopaedic department from May 2016 to may 2018 were selected for comprehensive analysis. Results Sex ratio had no statistical significance for the results, the incidence of venous thrombosis in lower extremities was significantly increased in patients over70 years old, and the incidence of multiple fractures and pelvic fractures was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of scientific and effective nursing strategies(such as predictive nursing, psychological nursing, medication nursing,high-risk disease nursing and routine nursing) can effectively reduce the occurrence of lower extremity stillness in orthopaedic patients after surgery. The probability of vein thrombosis has a good effect on the rehabilitation of the patients in the Department of orthopedics after the operation, and it can also improve the quality of life and the treatment effect of the patients.
