精细化延续性护理在老年高血压患者康复应用效果分析

Analysis of Rehabilitation Application Effect of Refined Continuative Nurs-ing in Elderly Hypertensive Patients

目的分析老年高血压患者应用精细化延续性护理对其康复效果的影响。方法选择该院2016年2月—2018年2月诊治的92例高血压老年患者,随机分成对照组(46例)与研究组(46例)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组实行精细化延续性护理,比较两组护理效果。结果研究组护理后收缩压(125.61±6.84)mmHg、舒张压(72.20±4.21)mmHg,优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组躯体功能(68.57±5.73)分、社会功能(67.93±5.67)分、心理功能(72.16±4.53)分、情感功能(68.74±5.65)分,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化延续性护理应用于老年高血压患者中的效果显著,可有效控制其血压水平,提升生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of refined continuous nursing on the rehabilitation of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 92 elderly hypertensive patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into control group(46 cases) and study group(46 cases). The control group was given routine care, and the study group was treated with fine-continuation continuity care to compare the effects of care in both groups. Results The systolic blood pressure(125.61 ±6.84) mmHg and diastolic blood pressure(72.20 ±4.21)mmHg in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05); the physical function(68.57±5.73) points and social function(67.93±5.67) points, psychological function(72.16 ± 4.53) points, emotional function(68.74±5.65)points, better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of refined and continuative nursing is effective in the elderly patients with hypertension, which can effectively control their blood pressure levels and improve their quality of life.
