对慢性肺气肿患者施行康复护理的效果观察

Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing on Patients with Chronic Emphysema

目的分析对慢性肺气肿患者施行康复护理的效果。方法选择2017年5月—2018年5月该院收治的70例慢性肺气肿患者临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予康复护理,比较两组的护理效果、心理状况及生活质量评分。结果观察组的总有效率94.28%优于对照组77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),护理后,观察组MSSNS、QOL评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性肺气肿患者施行康复护理的效果显著,可有效改善患者的心理状况,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with chronic emphysema. Methods Clinical data of 70 patients with chronic emphysema treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given rehabilitation on the basis of the control group. Nursing, comparing the nursing effects, psychological status and quality of life scores of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was94.28%, which was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically signifciant(77.14%, P<0.05). After nursing, the MSSNS and QOL scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically signifciant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with chronic emphysema is significant, which can effectively improve the patient's psychological status and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
