D-二聚体检测在下肢骨折术后并发深静脉血栓诊断中的价值分析

Value of D-Two Detection in the Diagnosis of Deep Venous Thrombosis After Lower Limb Fracture Surgery

目的探究D-二聚体检测在下肢骨折术后并发深静脉血栓的诊断价值。方法选择于2016年5月—2017年5月进入该院骨科治疗的120例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,所有患者均实行手术治疗;将术后未并发深静脉血栓的100例患者划分为对照组,术后并发深静脉血栓的20例患者划分为观察组,所有患者均实行D-二聚体检测对比其检测结果。结果经检测,对照组与观察组术前、术后3 d及术后7 d D-二聚体检测结果各项指标相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经检测,D-二聚体检测阳性例、彩超检测阳性例,说明D-二聚体检测结果与彩超检测结果相接近,其检测特异度为96.00%、敏感度为100.00%及准确度为95.00%。结论下肢骨折术后并发深静脉血栓实行D-二聚体检测的效果显著,能大大提高其诊断准确性,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得在临床诊断领域使用及推广。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of D-two detection in deep venous thrombosis after lower limb fracture surgery. Methods 120 cases of lower extremities fracture were selected from May 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital. All the patients were treated with surgical treatment. 100 patients without deep venous thrombosis after operation were divided into control group. 20 patients with deep venous thrombosis after operation were divided into observation group, all the patients were D-two polymers were detected and compared with the results of the test. Results The results were compared with those of the observation group before the operation, 3 days after the operation and the 7 days after the D-two polymerization. The 2 groups were statistically significant(P <0.05). The test, the positive cases of D-two polymer detection and the positive cases of color Doppler ultrasound showed that the results of the D-two polymer detection and color Doppler detection results were compared. The specificity of detection is 96%, sensitivity is 100% and accuracy is 95%. Conclusion The detection of deep venous thrombosis after the operation of lower extremity fracture with D-two polymer is very effective. It can greatly improve the accuracy of diagnosis and is of high clinical value. It is worth to be used and popularized in the field of clinical diagnosis.
