摘要
结合简蒲高速公路跨既有成渝高速公路钢箱梁架设安装，详细介绍了根据现场特点和钢箱梁受力情况，把大构件进行分段，便于吊装且容易保证箱梁整体施工质量；再结合构件的大小，选用适宜的吊装设备、吊装方法、安装要点等，为同类工程的施工提供了借鉴。
Combined with the steel box girder erection and installation of Jianyang-Pujiang Expressway crossing the existing Chengdu-Chongqing Expressway,this paper introduces in detail of large components into sections in order to hoist easily and ensure the overall quality of box girder,according to the site characteristics and stress of steel box girder.Based on the component size,the suitable hoisting equipment,hoisting method and main points of installation are selected,which pro-vides references for the similar engineering.
